A loathsome backstabbing co-worker (ok, it's Walter) needs to be handled - how can I get him fired and stuff?

It needs to be something that involves him leaving our workplace in handcuffs so I can videotape it. Man, I hate this guy! He keeps telling people I don't do any work! Do I need that? I'm VERY busy here!!
