Talk to your supervisor and arrange to have the kids re-confess on camera and with the parents notified. You need to make sure that what they say is admissible. It can be done in a way so it doesn't embarrass your partner. Just tell the kids/parents that they need to retell everything to a partner or supervisor to make it official.
